Now for my one ( well, one of many) passions- silk painting and Free hand Machine sewing. This was of the country around the South west of Western Australia- and the ranges are the Stirling Ranges. That is a Canola crop- against the purple ranges , a breath taking sight. I have painted the silk, embroidered, you can see the yellow silk that I have hand sewn, then used Shiva sticks over that. The piece is 3m x 2m and I love it.
